“I am so fortunate to have a career that I love. I get to meet new and interesting people every day, and I get to form relationships with them that are incredibly rewarding. To have a job where I can have fun and help people, it simply doesn’t get better than that!”

Dr. Motisi attended St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin, graduating in 2008 with a major in biology with a biomedical science emphasis. She later received her optometry degree from her father’s alma mater, the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. She is board certified in vision development as a Fellow of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, and is currently a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association, as well as the American Optometric Association, the College of Optometrists in Vision Development and the Optometric Extension Program.
As a child, whenever her father got new equipment, Dr. Motisi was often the first patient to use it. This life-long exposure led to a love for the field of optometry. She enjoys primary care optometry and has found her niche in working with children and brain injury patients. In addition to working at Eye Site, Dr. Motisi works at The Vision Therapy Center, where she specializes in working with patients who have vision-related learning issues. She is an InfantSEE provider and also volunteers with Special Olympics of Wisconsin, participating in and recruiting for the Opening Eyes program. Dr. Motisi continues to further her education by attending multiple conferences yearly and from collaborating with other optometrists from across the country.
Dr. Motisi enjoys spending time with her family and friends and spoiling her dog, Lexi. She is an avid reader, a true crime enthusiast and sings with the all-optometrist cover band 3 Degree Shed.
